Delicious Chili Mushroom | Recipe Simple preparation method | Cooked with Bengali flavors



 Ingredients:

  1. 200g mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
  2. 1 capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced
  3. 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
  4. 1-inch ginger, grated
  5. 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  6. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon chili sauce (adjust to taste)
  8. 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black pepper to taste
  11. 2 tablespoons oil
  12. Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add grated ginger and chopped green chillies. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and sliced capsicum. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the mushrooms are cooked and the moisture evaporates.
  3. In a bowl, mix together tomato ketchup, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Pour this sauce mixture into the pan. Stir well to coat the vegetables.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper according to your taste. Allow the mixture to cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the mushrooms and vegetables.
  5. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Transfer the mushroom mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.
  8. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
