How to Make Sandesh at Home | বাড়িতে তৈরি করুন সুস্বাদু সন্দেশ




 Sandesh (Recipe)

(Ingredients)

  1. 2 liters of Cow Milk
  2. 50ml/3½ tbsp of Vinegar
  3. 100ml/½ cup of Water
  4. 2 liters of Water
  5. 60gms/5 tbsp of Sugar (fine grain)
  6. 1½ tbsp of Corn Starch
  7. Dissolved Saffron for garnish


(Process)

  • Mix vinegar with 100ml water.
  • Bring milk to a boil and turn off the heat.
  • Add diluted vinegar and stir until the milk splits.
  • Add water to cool the Chenna down, then strain it using a muslin cloth.
  • Squeeze out the water and place the chenna on a large plate.
  • Add sugar and rub it with your palm to smoothen out any grains.
  • Heat a pan on low heat, add chenna, and cook for about 5 minutes or until it comes together like a dough.
  • Remove to a plate, cool it down, sprinkle cardamom powder, and mix.
  • Shape into small balls and place on a platter.
  • Touch the sandesh with some dissolved saffron and serve. 🍬🌟
